On Sunday, we organized a professional day at the Székelyföld Football Academy, welcoming coaches from the regional centers and FK Csíkszereda, with a primary focus on the development of pre-academy age groups.

From the regional centers, we mainly invited coaches who have recently joined the system and had not yet participated in the detailed presentation of our training program, while the event was open to all interested professionals. As a result, alongside many young specialists, several familiar faces also attended. The professional day also served as an internal training course for coaches working with the younger age groups.

Nearly 50 colleagues took part in the event. Following a brief welcome speech, József Tajti, professional director of the pre-academy age groups and regional centers, presented the work carried out within the U6–U14 age categories, as well as the applied professional principles and development guidelines.

After the theoretical presentation, participants had the opportunity to see the concepts in practice: during a demonstration training session, Tibor Incze and Ferenc Szín led a practice with players from the U12 and U11 age groups.

During a short break, the Székelyföld Football Academy hosted the participants, after which Sarolta Dusinszki, the academy’s sports psychologist, delivered a presentation entitled “Athletes Shaped by Words – How Coaching Communication Influences Personality Development, Motivation and Self-Confidence.” The audience heard a meaningful and thought-provoking presentation about the coach’s role in a player’s development process and in shaping future generations.

To conclude the professional day, József Tajti briefly summarized the key points and officially closed the event.

It was a useful and productive day for colleagues from Székelyföld and Partium. We trust that the knowledge and experience gained will be successfully applied in their everyday work.
