With a confident performance, our Women’s Youth League side brought home all three points from Dinamo Bucharest in the fourth round of the season, with the match decided already in the first half.
The encounter started perfectly for our girls: in the 4th minute Noémi Kádár opened the scoring, followed by Anett Juhász doubling the lead in the 23rd minute. Just before the break, in the 43rd minute, Kitti Lőrincz made it 3–0 at half-time. In the second half the Csíkszereda girls kept up the pressure: in the 53rd minute Melánia Cseke found the net to seal the 4–0 final score.
Head coach Emőke Berkeczi summed up the match as follows: “I am glad the girls could finally enjoy success again, it was something the team really missed. They played well and tried to apply everything we practiced in training. They dared to take on more, but we still need to work on finishing, because today we could have scored even more goals.”
