"After our victory in Brașov, we travelled confidently to Chindia’s ground aiming for another three points. However, the game didn’t start as planned, as we fell behind in the 3rd minute. Fortunately, our response came quickly: in the 6th minute Bíró equalised with an individual effort, making it 1–1. Still, our play didn’t improve much at this stage – our attacks were imprecise, we often lost possession, and we lacked efficiency in finishing. As a result, we went into the break 2–1 down.
– During half-time we discussed our shortcomings and made tactical changes. We came out in the second half much more organised, motivated, and focused. This shift in approach quickly paid off: the boys reacted excellently and within ten minutes we managed to equalise. From that point onwards we completely took control, dominated the game, and gave the opponent no chances. We applied constant pressure, their defence gradually wore down, and we deservedly turned the score around. Two more goals then sealed the three points.
– The team deserves huge credit, because they rose to the occasion not only tactically but also mentally. Many times, it is more important for a team to play with heart, passion, and great commitment than with any tactical element – and today the boys showed this perfectly. Once again they proved the real strength they possess, something that makes the staff very proud.
– I believe this victory further strengthened the team and gave each player extra motivation. Congratulations to the boys, we are proud of them – but the work doesn’t end here: we are preparing for the next match with focus and determination!" – concluded Szabolcs Bartis.
