The first half was evenly balanced, with both sides sharing possession and creating chances, but neither team managed to find the breakthrough. The visitors showed greater intensity, while for our side, maintaining the top spot in the standings was the main focus.

After the break, coach Zoltán Fogarasi’s boys stepped up the tempo. In the 52nd minute, Szabolcs Boér received a perfect cross and calmly slotted the ball into the bottom left corner (1–0). Ten minutes later, FK doubled the lead: after an accurate cross from Tamás Szőcs, Darius Cornel Matei elegantly redirected the ball towards goal, sealing the 2–0 final score.
