Recognition from the local community at the Athlete of the Year Gala

On Wednesday, the traditional sports gala celebrating the most outstanding local sporting achievements of 2025 was held at the Cinema Csíki Mozi, where representatives of FK Csíkszereda were also among the award winners.

On Wednesday, the traditional sports gala celebrating the most outstanding local sporting achievements of 2025 was held at the Cinema Csíki Mozi, where representatives of FK Csíkszereda were also among the award winners.

Both our women’s and men’s Superliga teams were recognized, while the honorary title of Coach of the Year was awarded to Ilyés Róbert. The Team of the Year award went to FK Csíkszereda’s men’s Superliga team, led by him, at the 2026 Athlete of the Year Gala held on Wednesday in Miercurea Ciuc, where many other distinctions celebrating the elite of local sport were also presented.

Congratulations to all the award winners, and we wish them continued sporting success! Let us bring further glory together to our city and to the entire Székely Land! Go Szereda!

Superliga | Three mandatory points secured

Only one goal was scored in Monday’s match between Metaloglobus and FK, and fortunately it ended up in the Bucharest side’s net: after a hard-fought game, Eppel’s goal brought us the mandatory three away points.
