FK Csíkszereda’s Women’s U15 team secured another important home victory in Round 2 of the additional stage of the Elite League, defeating Vasas Femina FC 2–0.
It was a hard-fought match, with early chances for the girls from Miercurea Ciuc, though they initially lacked precision in front of goal. Both sides created opportunities, but before halftime the hosts took the lead through Benő Emőke. In the second half, Péter Nóra-Kinga doubled the advantage and effectively sealed the match.
After the final whistle, head coach Portik Helga stated:
– It was a tough match! We are very happy with the victory! The girls gave everything, I am very proud of them! We continue to train hard and prepare for our next match – the head coach summed up.
