Twelve FK players called up to Romania’s women’s national teams

A total of 12 players from FK Csíkszereda’s women’s squads have been called up to Romania’s senior and youth national teams for their October training camps.

A total of 12 players from FK Csíkszereda’s women’s squads have been called up to Romania’s senior and youth national teams for their October training camps.

The senior national team, coached by Massimo Pedrazzini, will play a friendly match against Ukraine on Tuesday, October 28, at 17:30. FK Csíkszereda is represented by defenders Geréd Erika and Kis Anita, and midfielders Antal Anita, Herczeg Andrea, and Vlădulescu Ana.

As for the youth teams, Romania’s U23 national team, led by Iulia Mera, will hold its first-ever training camp in Spain between October 19 and 28, where they will play friendlies against Spain and the Czech Republic. FK Csíkszereda’s Mitri Rita and Orbán Aranka have been called up to the squad.

The Romanian U19 national team will train at home and play two friendly matches against Sweden’s U18 side. FK Csíkszereda is represented at this level by Balog Boglárka, Fülöp Boglárka, and Szőke Eszter.

The U17 national team is also training in Romania and will play two friendly games against Malta’s U17 selection. FK players Heim Sára and Nombot Annabelle have joined the squad.
